Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

•  Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3-7 business days

2. Shipping Fees

• West Malaysia : RM 8 (Up to 2kg)
• East Malaysia : RM 14 (Up to 1kg) | RM 27 (Up to 2kg)

3. Tracking & Delivery

• Order tracking will be updated via email or account dashboards after parcel is shipped out.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened & Unused: Return will be eligible only if the product is returned in original packaging.
•  Opened/Used Items: May not be eligible due to hygiene reasons, unless defective.
• Defects: Refund will be accepted prior to seller approval and if it is reasonable. It would not be refundable if it is believed that products are damaged by the customer without any supportive evidence.

2. Return Window

• Email should be sent to inform us, Within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. Refund & Exchange Process

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 
• Return shipping fees will need to be covered by customers for any returns.

4.  Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
